"First of all, this review is for the chef / owner I caught walking to his car and said “your food is awesome man”. So as a synopsis, this place is consistent, EVERY TIME . It’s apparent that each and every item they put out is full of themselves on a plate. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, They CARE. It’s fresh every single time . Homemade pickles, succulent coleslaw. Look at the burger , it’s perfectly constructed."

"Similar to shake shack but better! Got the lunch combo (cheeseburger w/ crinkled fries) for $11-12, amazing value. Food came in 5-10 minutes and was hot and fresh. Burger came in a soft brioche-like bun and well cooked patty (slightly pink in the middle- just perfect). Fries were crispy and hot. Everything seasoned well. Highly recommend."

"Top notch service. Excellent food. I got the Mr. Crunch chicken sandwich and it was so juicy and amazing. Shared some chipwrecked fries which were equally as good. Had a slushy which was tasty and sampled the crack pb&j bar which was great for a nice little lunch dessert. Cannot stress enough how friendly the employees all were. This place is a 5 star gem!!"

"So, I don't have a picture of the truffle honey grilled cheese because I literally inhaled it both times that I've ordered it. The ease of ordering and then getting texts when your food is ready is phenomenal. This is one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. A good mix of the earthiness from the truffles and sweetness from the honey. They also have a loyalty program, which I just signed up for. All in all, this is a good establishment for Rockaway to have. Finally paused enough to take a picture of this marvelous creation!!!"

I've never been so happy and humbled by the owner of a Rockaway Dining Establishment that truly cares about the food they prepare and the feelings of the customers . The Smash Burger is to die for. "One of the Best Burger places on the Rockaways. Good spot to grab a bite to eat after swimming or surfing for a few Hours. Located at the best location, 1 Block from the Beach and 1 block from the Beach 116th Street Shuttle Train Station. I had the Fish Sandwich Special for $15, the Rocka-Philly Chase Steak for $16. Buffalo Chicken Empanada Special for $8 and Chocolate Soft Serve with Sprinkles for $4. I Enjoyed it and would definitely stopping by for Lunch since I will be at the beach most Summer."
